Youth Development Program
The YDP (Youth Development Program) is a year-a-round program geared for those players looking to experience soccer at a more competitive level. The YDP will operate during four different periods: Summer 1 and Summer 2 (June through August), Winter (January to Mid-February), and Spring (Mid-April to Mid-May). Travis Schoonover (LOSC Director of Youth Development, USSF B Licensed Coach, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma) will oversee all aspects of the YDP. Dominic Yambasu, USSF A Licensed Coach and Lake Oswego High School Girl's Varsity Coach will oversee all coaching and training of this program. The programs offered throughout the year are open to all those individuals looking to become better soccer players and who are from in K, 1st or 2nd grades.

The primary objectives of the YDP are; to develop each players soccer skills, to expose the kids to top level coaching and most importantly, to create a love and desire for the greatest sport on earth. Our innovative training systems and top class coaching staff is dedicated to creating a solid technical base that will put our player’s well beyond the developmental curve. We believe that kids, through quality training, will have a better soccer experience, thus developing life long players whether playing college, high school, classic or rec.
